26th Annual Autumn Century Bicycle Ride September 11, 2005 Autumn Century is a 2005 Century Challenge Ride and is a League of American Bicyclist sponsored event. The Autumn Century has become a premiere bicycle ride through Spokane and Stevens County, with varied terrain over hills and thru valleys. The Family or Individual Ride is 20 miles, The Metric Century is 62 miles and the Full Century is 100 miles. All rides are fully supported with food stops, sag and mechanical support. Ride souvenir is included with each entry. An Autumn Century Shirt is optional. The starting point for all rides is Mead High School, 302 West Hastings Rd. Ride start times: * 100 mile ride - 8:00 a.m. * 62 mile ride - 9:00 a.m. * 20 mile ride - 10:00 a.m. For 2005 we continue our alliance with the Friends of the centennial Trail to help raise funds for the new Westlink trail project. A portion of any profits from this year's ride will be donated to the Friends. In addition, include an extra dollar ( or more ) with your entry fee and the Spokane Bicycle Club will match it up to a total maximum of $1,000!
