Join us this September 25-27 for a beautiful weekend of bicycle riding in and around the town of Colville, Washington. This annual event provides truly scenic rides for all abilities throughout the weekend. Come for the entire weekend or just one day.
The weekend begins with a looped ride on Friday afternoon at 3pm that is both a shorter distance and a more leisurely pace than previous years. On Saturday morning, there are two different rides: one group rides a shorter and leisurely route while the other group rides a longer route at a faster pace. Then on Sunday morning, a final ride into the nearby hills and valleys of Colville. SAG support will be available for all rides. (Ride with GPS route links)
Tent, trailer and RV camping is available at no cost at the fairgrounds (electricity is available, no water hookup). Clean restrooms and hot showers are provided. Colville also has three motels in the area.
Meals are generally on your own. Friday evening, we gather together at a local Colville Mexican restaurant (Rancho Chico) for a no-host meal. Saturday evening is pizza and salad at the fairgrounds with SBC providing Westside Pizza, paper plates, plastic utensils and common condiments. Riders are encouraged to bring beverages. There are a few cooking/kitchen utensils available in the fairgrounds kitchen facility we will be using, but members are encouraged to bring their own (and mark them).
The registration fee for this event is $45 per person. Riders can choose to attend any or all rides/dates, but the registration fee does not change. All riders must be paid and registered by September 11. Registration will cover the cost of rider support including SAG and Westside Pizza Saturday evening. Registration may be cancelled for a full refund until September 11. After that, the registration fee is not refundable. In the case of cancellation due to smoke/weather, all registrants will receive a refund.
